Overview
Agentic Identity Control introduces Agents that interact with enterprise systems, APIs, data, and users. These agents require consistent, context-aware authorization to ensure their actions align with organizational security and governance policies.
The PlainID Platform enables organizations to model AI agents as Identities within the Identities Workspace (formerly Identity Workspace), using Identity Attributes, Dynamic Groups, and centralized Policy management. The Platform governs humans, non-human identities, and AI agents under one policy model.
With centralized Policy definition and distributed enforcement, organizations can securely support agent-driven workflows, fine-grained data access, API authorization, and cross-domain orchestration across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
By embedding authorization directly into agent execution paths, PlainID enables secure, scalable, and governable adoption of agentic AI across the enterprise.
Note that Agentic Identity Control is a specialized platform within PlainID, offering a tailored set of capabilities that go beyond the PlainID Platform to support AI-driven operations.
