Early Access provides selected customers with early exposure to Agentic AI capabilities within the PlainID Authorization Platform. Users can explore core functionality, validate use cases, and provide feedback that directly influences the product roadmap.
Agentic AI is a purpose-built capability designed to enable intelligent, Policy-driven workflows. During this Early Access phase, you have access to two dedicated Environments that support guided exploration and hands-on experimentation.
Early Access Environments
Users receive access to two separate Environments:
To switch between Environments:

- Select the relevant Environment.
Demo Environment
The Demo Environment is a preconfigured, read-only Environment designed to showcase Agentic AI capabilities in a structured and controlled setup. It includes predefined Agents, workflows, and Policies that allows users to visualize and explain the use case, in addition to demonstrating recommended configurations and sample Policies.
This Environment is based on a structured business scenario to provide contextual clarity.
Foundation: Aura Finance Use Case
Aura Finance is a mid-tier, publicly traded investment and wealth management firm operating in a high-stakes regulatory environment. The organization manages Material Non-Public Information (MNPI), including unannounced mergers, pre-release earnings, and sensitive client portfolio shifts. This information is highly valuable and requires strict access control and Policy enforcement.
To scale operations securely, Aura Finance is developing Aura-Pulse, an internal AI-driven platform. Aura-Pulse enables analysts, relationship managers, and selected premium contractors to query the company’s knowledge base to generate reports and market insights.
This scenario demonstrates how Agentic AI integrates with the PlainID Authorization Platform to enforce fine-grained, Policy-driven access control across AI workflows. Refer to the following section for details about the technical stack used in this use case.
Technical Stack in the Demo Environment Use Case
The Aura-Pulse ecosystem demonstrates a sophisticated agentic workflow that includes:
- Agent Deployment: Hosted on AWS Agent Core for orchestration.
- Knowledge Base: A Pinecone vector database containing research papers, meeting transcripts, and financial projections.
- Extensibility: MCP (Model Context Protocol) tools that allow the AI to retrieve real-time stock data and check internal project statuses.

The Demo Environment allows you to observe how Agents, Policies, and workflows interact in this regulated financial context. Because the Environment is read-only, you can safely review configurations and understand best practices without modifying any components.
Use this Environment to understand how Agentic AI components interact before working in your own Environment.
Working Environment
The Working Environment is your dedicated, interactive space for experimentation and validation. It provides full configuration capabilities and is intended for active use.
In this Environment, you can:
- Create and modify Agents
- Define Policies
- Design workflows
- Test operational scenarios
The Working Environment is isolated from the Demo Environment and is designed specifically for exploration, validation, and hands-on learning. It enables you to assess how Agentic AI aligns with your business requirements and technical architecture.
For a guide on how to use your working Environment, refer to the Onboarding guide and the Policy Builder documentation.
