To download the relevant PAA installation package: 1. In the left navigation bar, click on Environment Settings ![Screenshot 2025-07-01 at 16.20.09.png](https://cdn.document360.io/726c7002-05a9-480e-b986-42c9e8824acd/Images/Documentation/image%28246%29.png) 2. Click on the Policy Authorization Agents tile. 3. Under the Download dropdown, select the **Helm** or **Standalone** option: ![image.png](https://cdn.document360.io/726c7002-05a9-480e-b986-42c9e8824acd/Images/Documentation/image%28191%29.png) For assistance in installing and configuring a PAA, contact the **[PlainID Technical Support Team](https://plainid.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals)**. ### Prerequisites To configure a PAA, you will need information from the **Environment Setting screen** including: - Environment ID - Authentication key - Agent ID This information is used to configure and set up communication between the **PAA (Hybrid Operator)**, and the **Platform (Hybrid Commander)**. Multiple PAAs can be created and managed within a Tenant and within an Environment. Each PAA belongs to a PAA Group (either with other PAAs, or as a PAA Group with only the one PAA that was created automatically when the PAA was added).  - Tenant PAAs are listed in the **Tenant Settings > Policy Authorization Tab > Policy Authorization Agent List**. - Environment PAAs are listed in the **Environment Settings > Policy Authorization Tab > Policy Authorization Agent List**. Each PAA that you create, whether at the Tenant level or the Environment level, is automatically assigned a unique ID. ### Kubernetes/Helm Chart Installation Instructions The PAA Kubernetes deployment instructions can be found [here](/docs/kubernetes-deployment). ### Standalone Installation Instructions The PAA Standalone deployment instructions can be found [here](/docs/standalone-deployment)
