# Integrations Side Panels

Integrations Workspaces in the PlainID {{variable.PlatformName}} provide a single place to discover and manage assets from connected vendor systems. To simplify configuration and Policy management, dedicated **Side Panels** are available for both **Policies** and **Objects**.

Side Panels are designed to help you compare, configure, and synchronize vendor information with the {{variable.PlatformName}}.

## Policy Side Panel

The **Policy Side Panel** allows you to compare PlainID Policies against their vendor equivalents. You can review the **Suggested Policy** from the Platform alongside the **Deployed Policy** discovered from the vendor.

The panel highlights discrepancies, enables deployments, and supports overriding Policies in either direction. In **Manage Mode**, discrepancy indicators appear when Policies differ between systems or if a deployment fails.

This ensures that you can quickly detect changes and take corrective actions, keeping Policies synchronized across the {{variable.PlatformName}} and vendor tenants.

## Objects Side Panel

The **Objects Side Panel** provides configuration options for vendor objects such as **tables**, **views**, and **tags**.

In **Learn Mode**, the panel is read-only, reflecting the vendor tenant state. 
In **Manage Mode**, you can define objects as **Identity Sources**, configure correlations, and specify which columns are available for **masking Policies**.

These configurations make discovered vendor objects directly usable in Policy logic within the {{variable.PlatformName}}, aligning vendor data structures with PlainID authorization.
