    Article Summary

    PlainID Authorizers enable you to enforce Access Policies across the Organizational technological stack while reducing the effort needed from developers. The Authorizer becomes your single-point-of-contact, thereby reducing dependency on changes that need to be made by developers. PlainID Authorizers are defined in the Environment Settings screen. After creating a new Authorizer, you are prompted to download step-by-step instructions on how to deploy it from this section of the Admin Portal.

    It is recommended that you create the building blocks of Policies (including defining Identities such as Dynamic Groups, Rulesets, Conditions, etc.) and then create at least one Policy. Note that depending on which Authorizer you use, there may be additional configuration steps required. For more information, see the details provided in the appropriate section below.
