# Access File Authorizer

## Access File Authorizer
The Access File Authorizer facilitates offline Authorization enforcement by enabling bulk Authorization calculations and maintaining authorization decision states. It generates access files in predefined templated formats, making it ideal for systems that rely on offline processes, legacy technologies without direct integration capabilities, or specific use cases like administration-time access provisioning, reporting, and auditing. This solution is particularly beneficial for systems without Runtime integration points, offering dynamic, centrally managed Policy-based Authorization through PlainID.
