# About the Policy Simulator

## PlainID's Policy Simulator
The Policy Simulator validates Policies and assists in finding any potential issues or gaps. It is a tool that visually demonstrates runtime calls to calculate and outline responses and policies based on the input parameters. The [runtime endpoints](/apidocs/authorization-apis){target="_blank"} that can be run through the simulator are:

* User Access Token
* Policy Resolution
* Policy List
* User List

*Note: **User Access Token** is labeled as **Asset Resolution** in the PlainID Policy Simulator*.

:::(Info) (Disclaimer)
The Simulator is not part of the PlainID {{variable.PlatformName}} and is currently in Beta. It is not covered by the PlainID Service Level Agreement (SLA) or End-User License Agreement (EULA). PlainID reserves the right to discontinue support and updates for the Simulator.
